VR360 - the real estate

VR360 wanted to bring real estate viewings online in a way that felt genuinely close to visiting in person. ELDEVELOP built a platform that lets realtors schedule remote showings and lets clients join a live VR demonstration of a property from anywhere in the world.

CHALLENGE

Tasks we faced:

• Make UI/UX design for the platform, accounting for VR integration
• Develop a platform for realtors who want to offer remote viewings through VR
• Build the page structure around scheduling and running an online real estate demonstration
• Let the realtor easily schedule a showing
• Let the client easily join the showing at the scheduled time

We solved these tasks with a custom admin panel and WebRTC-based VR integration, letting the platform manage listings, pricing, and scheduled viewing times — giving realtors a practical way to show properties remotely without sacrificing the experience of an in-person visit.
