Real estate businesses — agencies, property management companies, and developers — compete on how easily buyers and renters can discover, evaluate, and act on listings. ELDEVELOP builds custom web and mobile solutions for real estate companies that need software matching how property search and transactions actually happen today.
Remote and out-of-town buyers increasingly expect to explore a property in detail before committing to an in-person visit. We've built this ourselves for a real estate client — a VR360 platform that lets realtors schedule remote showings, with clients joining live virtual demonstrations of a property from anywhere. It's a practical way to qualify serious buyers before investing time in an in-person tour.
Buyers filter by dozens of criteria — price, location, size, amenities — and a slow or inaccurate search experience sends them straight to a competitor's listing site. Getting search right means fast filtering, accurate and up-to-date listing data, and a mobile experience that works as well as desktop, since most property searches now start on a phone.
Agents juggle multiple leads at different stages — browsing, scheduled viewings, in negotiation — and a CRM built around the real estate sales cycle (not a generic sales CRM) helps them follow up at the right moment instead of losing track of warm leads in a spreadsheet.
For landlords and property managers, software needs to handle maintenance requests, rent collection, and tenant communication in one place, replacing the scattered mix of phone calls, emails, and paper forms that otherwise makes managing multiple properties harder than it needs to be.
We think about the full buyer or renter journey — from first search to signed lease or closed sale — and identify where friction or lost information currently happens. Our VR360 project is a direct example: real estate showings were the bottleneck for remote buyers, so we built a platform specifically to remove that friction with live virtual demonstrations.
Can you build virtual tour or VR viewing features?
Yes — we've built VR-based remote property viewing platforms before, including scheduling and live demonstration features for realtors and clients.
Can you integrate with MLS or existing listing databases?
In most cases, yes. We assess your existing listing data sources and build integrations so your platform stays synced with current listings.
Do you build tools for agents, property managers, or both?
We build for both, though the features differ — agent-focused tools center on lead management and showings, while property management tools focus on maintenance, rent, and tenant communication.
Can buyers schedule viewings directly through the platform?
Yes, self-service scheduling for both in-person and virtual viewings is a common feature we build to reduce back-and-forth coordination for agents.
